Pre Order Birth Announcements:
To order you can simply fill in our convenient Secure On-Line order form and submit it. Ordering can also be accomplished by calling us at our toll free number. When you place your order we will ship the envelopes with the next shipment. There is no charge for the second shipping of the cards. When you contact us with the birth information we also promise you that your order will be the next order worked on, and will go out with the next shipment. .

Your cards are Tailor-made with your personal message or saying. We at Taylor Card encourage you to be as creative as you want to be with your personal message. We offer matching note cards on most styles. We encourage you, our customer to be as creative as you want to be, If you want to use our sayings or need help just ask. We have lots of 'cute quotes' we have collected from our customers that we will share with you.

Taylor Card realizes that you may want that extra special touch while you are busy planning for your special event. Taylor Card will personalize your announcements with many special services, see price schedule below.

Cards:
All orders include cards, envelopes, choice of type style and setup. Cards are priced by series, check the series that you are ordering for exact price for the card and quantity. Note there are special pricing for orders of more than 100 and reorders without changes.

Type Style Fonts:
Type styles available are shown on the Font page. You can use any type style on any card. The message space differs on each card; we will arrange the fonts as to the size and amount of text per line to our artistic discretion.

Proofing:
We can Fax or E-mail a proof of the text to you for review before printing. The proof is an exact image of the text, which will be printed on your announcements or invitations. There is no charge for this additional service. Please take advantage of this service to ensure your announcements are as perfect as you'll want them to be.

Other Languages:
Yes. We can print foreign languages provided they use English characters. We also have available several Hebrew fonts. You must provide your wording typewritten if it is not in English. There is no additional charge for this service. If you wish to have two versions of your announcement, i.e. English and Italian, you may divide your total quantity ordered in any amount between the versions, i.e. 42 English and 58 Italian for a total of 100 ordered.

Hard Cover!
Payment may be made via VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If order is made by mail, payment may also be made by Money Order or Personal check which must include Drivers License # and Check Guarantee Card #. There is a $25.00 return check fee. Payments are due in full when order is placed. Cancellations made before the order is processed will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping:
In most cases we ship within three business days after receipt of your order. Taylor Card ships via the United States Postal Service. The standard shipping is Priority mail, for all our orders. The Postal Service states 2 - 3 days, but does not guarantee it.
Overnight Express mail or overnight FedEx is available at extra charge. Taylor Card is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders due to carrier services. Taylor Card will place a tracer on the package and attempt to ascertain the disposition of the shipment. For an extra $5.00 we will insure and return receipt your order. Shipping outside of the United States the charge will be $6.50 Handling and actual global shipping charges. Taylor Card does not guarantee the shipping or performance of any shipper that we use.

Privacy Policy:
Taylor Card Company Privacy Policy is that we will not sell, market or give any customer information to any company for any reason whatsoever.

Return Policy:
If we make a mistake on your order from the information you provided, we will correct the problem and ship the corrected materials to you as soon as possible.
If you provided us with incorrect information, unclear information, your order will be reprinted at a 20% discount off of the regular price.
Cancellations before printing are charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
